Yes. We offer both pickup and delivery.
Pickup: After checkout and payment confirmation, we’ll message you the pickup details and available time slots. Slots are limited weekly for cookies and banana bread, so please book early.
Delivery: We do booked delivery via Lalamove/Grab (customer-arranged). After payment is confirmed, you may book a rider and send us the booking details, or we can assist with rider coordination depending on availability. Delivery time depends on rider availability, your location, and schedule.
Payment Policy: Payment first for all orders — strictly NO COD.
Our cookies are thick and satisfying—about 75–80g each.
Freshly baked is best—enjoy within 3 days from bake date for peak texture and flavor.
Storage
- Longer storage: Freeze up to 3–4 weeks (wrap well to prevent freezer burn)
- Cookies: 3–5 days in an airtight container (room temp)
- Banana Bread: 2–3 days in an airtight container (room temp)
Reheat
- Cookies (best texture): Microwave 10–20 seconds, then finish in an oven/toaster oven 3–5 minutes at 160–175°C (until warm + edges slightly crisp).
- Quick reheat (cookies): Microwave 10–15 seconds only for a soft, gooey center.
- Banana Bread: Microwave 15–25 seconds per slice, or warm in an oven/toaster 4–6 minutes at 160–175°C.
- From frozen: Thaw 10–20 minutes at room temp, then reheat using the steps above
We accept payment-first via Bank Transfer and GCash. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified.
Yes. Slots are limited for both cookies and banana bread to keep everything fresh. Once slots are full, the next available schedule will apply.
Pickup is by schedule. Available pickup time range will be sent after checkout/confirmation. Please arrive within your confirmed time slot.
Yes. Delivery is available via Lalamove or Grab, but the customer books the rider (we’ll provide the pickup details after checkout/confirmation). Delivery fee is shouldered by the customer. Please make sure your contact number and address are correct.
Because items are prepared fresh, changes/cancellations may be allowed only before preparation starts. Once in preparation or out for delivery, it can’t be changed/canceled. Contact us immediately.
Our products commonly contain wheat, dairy, and eggs. May contain traces of nuts (made in a kitchen that handles nuts).
