Delivery, Pickup & Order Policy

Thank you for ordering from Bakerz Table. Please read this page carefully before placing an order. By checking out, you agree to the policies below.
1) Order Availability (Limited Slots)
To keep everything fresh and consistent, daily baking slots are limited.
- Cookie orders: limited slots per week
- Banana bread orders (including Cream Cheese Banana Bread): limited slots per week
- Slots may sell out, especially on peak days and weekends.
- If slots are full, your order will be scheduled for the next available date/time.
2) Payment Policy (Strictly No COD)
✅ Payment first is required to confirm all orders.
❌ No Cash on Delivery (No COD)
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is received/verified.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically if not settled within the payment timeframe provided during coordination.
3) Pickup Option (Time Slot Required)
Pickup is available via scheduled time slot to avoid delays and ensure your order is ready.
Pickup time slots:
- Choose your preferred slot during checkout (or we’ll confirm it via message).
- Please arrive within your chosen slot window.
- If you’re late, we may need extra time to bring out/prepare your order again depending on queue and availability.
Important:
- Slots are limited—especially for cookies and banana bread.
- We may contact you if your chosen slot is already full and offer the next available slot.
4) Delivery Option (Lalamove / Grab / Customer-Booked Courier)
We accept delivery via Lalamove, Grab, or any customer-booked courier.
How delivery works:
- Customer books the rider/courier.
- We will share pickup details once your order is confirmed and ready.
- Delivery fee is shouldered by the customer and paid directly to the rider (unless otherwise arranged).
Reminder:
Bakerz Table is not liable for courier delays, mishandling, or issues after the order is handed to the rider. We will pack items properly, but delivery is handled by a third party.
5) Order Preparation & Freshness
- All items are prepared in small batches to maintain quality.
- For best experience, enjoy items fresh or store properly after receiving.
6) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Because our items are made-to-order and slots are limited:
- Order changes (flavor, quantity, schedule) must be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations are not guaranteed once your order is confirmed and scheduled.
- Refunds may be evaluated only if production has not started yet and depending on the situation.
If you made an incorrect order, message us immediately so we can try to help before baking starts.
7) Failed Pickup / Unreachable Customer
If you miss your pickup schedule or become unreachable:
- Your order may be held for a limited time only.
- Re-scheduling depends on availability and may require an additional fee or new slot.
- No guarantees for freshness if pickup is delayed.
