Welcome to Bakerz Table (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


1) Products

  • Our products are freshly baked and may vary slightly in appearance due to handmade preparation.
  • Product photos are for reference; actual items may differ slightly in size, color, or toppings.

2) Allergens & Food Safety

  • Our products may contain wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts.
  • Even if a product does not list nuts, it may be prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts.
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredient/allergen information before ordering. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing an order.

3) Orders & Availability

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We may limit quantities or cancel orders if an item is out of stock or if there are issues with payment or delivery details.
  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you and provide a refund if payment was received.

4) Pricing

  • All prices are shown in PHP (₱) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will keep the price shown at checkout.

5) Payments

Available payment options are shown at checkout (e.g., Bank Transfer / Card / GCash / Maya).

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders are payment-first.
  • For Bank Transfer / Card / GCash / Maya: orders will be processed only after payment is confirmed (unless stated otherwise).

6) Delivery / Shipping / Pickup

  • Delivery areas, fees, and schedules (if applicable) are shown during checkout or communicated after ordering.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unreachable recipient, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, or courier issues.

7) Cancellations & Changes

Because our products are prepared fresh:

  • Cancellations or changes may be allowed only before the order is processed/prepared.
  • Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or changed.

8) Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if:

  • you received the wrong item, or
  • the item arrived damaged/unsafe to consume.

Proof required: Please message us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and your order number.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • change of mind
  • preference/taste dissatisfaction
  • failed delivery due to incorrect address/unavailable recipient
  • delays caused by courier/weather/traffic beyond our control

9) Store Credit / Promotions

  • Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes (if offered) may have specific terms, expiry dates, and limitations.
  • We may refuse or cancel discounts if misuse or fraud is detected.

10) Account Responsibility (If Accounts Are Enabled)

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and update it when needed.

11) Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality
  • use the site for illegal purposes

We may restrict access if misuse is detected.


12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Bakerz Table is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website or products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
